engineeringi was founded on the principle of the virtual engineering group. Companies and startups need a reliable and experienced development organization to produce great products and that starts with the leader of the team. We provide leadership and experience and use our local resources and near shore partners to complete the organization.

The founders of engineeringi have significant experience managing entire development organizations. We have done budgeting, roadmap planning, resource planning and technology planning for well known companies like Adobe, Intuit, Ariba, Arbor Software (acquired by Hyperion, then Oracle) and DigitalThink (acquired by Convergys).

We started engineeringi to work with many different companies and add variety to our work lives. We find this more compelling at this stage of our careers rather than working on one product, for one company, with one technology, over the course of several years.
